Serna's Grill books through Food Truck Community for corporate catering, weddings, private parties, residential property rotations, and office lunch programs across Chicagoland. Every booking includes vetted vendor compliance: certificate of insurance with property owner additional-insured endorsement, health-department permits filed with the relevant municipality, and on-site coordination from setup through tear-down. Lead times typically run four to six weeks for major events; shorter windows accepted on an availability-permitting basis. For multi-truck events, weddings, and corporate appreciation programs, we recommend ten to twelve weeks of notice so the menu, layout, and rain plan can be finalized in advance.
